Fresha, Booksy and Treatwell are marketplaces: they list your business next to your competitors and charge a share of what new clients spend. Klivo is a booking page that belongs to you. Here is the difference, in plain numbers.

Sixty bookings. What is left.
Take a small shop with sixty bookings in a month, twelve of them new clients, at an average of €50. On a marketplace the twelve first visits carry the commission: €120 at Fresha's 20%, €180 at Booksy's 30%, €208 at Treatwell's 35% plus VAT. That is before the monthly subscription the marketplace charges on top, and it repeats every month the shop keeps growing.
On Klivo the same month costs €19 plus VAT. Sixty bookings, six hundred, no difference. The twelve new clients arrived through your own link, your Instagram bio, a friend's recommendation, a Google profile, and nobody took a share of their first visit.
The marketplaces do bring some of those new clients themselves. That is the trade: reach in exchange for a cut and a listing next to your competitors. Klivo makes no such trade. It is your page, for people who already found you.
Leave the marketplace, lose the booking page.
On a marketplace, being listed and being bookable are one switch. Unlist your business and your online booking usually goes with it. On Klivo there is no marketplace, so there is nothing that can be switched off. Your link is yours whether or not anyone else approves of it.
